We have a dedicated purchasing team in China, who check the goods when we receive them in our warehouse. They match the color and design with the picture shown on our website. Once everything is fine, then they send them to our packaging department. 

Shipping cost is usually shown on the website, Our price is including all the charges once select product specification (Color/Size) etc from product page.

In Dhaka we provide home delivery without any doubts. In outside Dhaka we also provide home delivery through Pathao logistics if your order amount is within within 3 kg, If its more than that we provide delivery through only your near Sundorbon Courier branches. 

No in most of the goods, you don't have to pay extra customs and tax. Door 2 Door will handle it for you. If there is additional tax customer needs to pay for expensive goods, e.g Television, Motorcycle etc we will inform the customer at the time of confirming the order.
